　　There are seven subsidiary magnesium factories, plus one magnesium alloy factory, one magnesium powder and magnesium desulphurization reagent factory in our group. Our annual production capacity is 64,000MT magnesium ingot, 10,000MT magnesium alloy ingot and 10,000MT magnesium powder. We are specializing in products of pure magnesium ingot, Al/Mg alloy, magnesium powder, magnesium chips and other magnesium products of various brands and specifications. We also have our own supply for reduction pot. Most output are exported by ourselves and the balance through some trading companies. Our major export markets are Holland, Japan, Australia, Switzerland, America and other countries. Also our products are sold domestically as well, both of which contribute to our total sales of about RMB 600,000,000.
Taking the management spirit of “honesty science and technology for development”, we have been developing in technology research and hold several patents. At the same time, we co-operate with many scientific research institutse to further improve our product and self-research ability. Supported by our own production inspection center equipped with imported advanced equipments, including 3 piece of ARL3460 direct-reading spectrogram. We constantly improve the quality of our products. Meanwhile, we adopt the standard of Norway Hydro in our production which insure the products’ quality.
　　ShanXi NiChiMen YW Magnesium Co.,Ltd, with registered capital of RMB 22,000,000, located in JiaoCheng Industrial park, next to Shanxi Jintaoyuan Coke Plant Group which supply us gas for production use. This factory mainly produces magnesium ingot and high purity magnesium ingot with annual production about 6000MT.
TaiYuan MinWei Magnesium industry Co.,Ltd with registered capital of RMB 11,812,000, located in YangQu county ShaGou village, was jointly invested by TaiYuan YiWei Magnesium Co.,Ltd and a Swiss based company Minmet Financing Company in Dec,2000. The products mainly cover magnesium ingot and high purity magnesium ingot with annual production about 3000MT.
　　TaiYuan YiWei Magnesium Factory with registered capital of RMB 19,000,000, located in TaiYuan economic development area, specializing in magnesium granule, magnesium alloy, magnesium chips, the manufacture and machining of magnesium reduction pot.
　　TaiYuan YiWei Magnesium Industry Co.,Ltd (Huangzhai Plant), located in YangQu county TaiYuan city, inside the factory of ShanXi HuangZhai Coal And Gas Co.,Ltd. With the steady supply of this company’s coal gas, the annual production of this plant can reach 6000MT. The main products include magnesium ingots and high purity magnesium ingots.
TaiYuan YiWei Magnesium Industry Co.,Ltd(YangQu Plant) with registered capital of RMB 2,000,000 , located in YangQu county, TaiYuan city, inside the factory TaiYuan SanXIng Coke Co.,Ltd. With the gas supply of this company, the annual production of this plant is 6000MT including magnesium ingots and high purity magnesium ingots.
　　TaiYuan YiWei Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. with registered capital of RMB 11,000,000, located in YangQu county NiTun town. The annual production is 3000MT covering magnesium ingots and high purity magnesium ingost.
　　TaiYuan QingCheng YiWei Magnesium Industry Co.,Ltd with registered capital of RMB 80,000,000, located in QIngXu Development area, is a joint venture by our company and ShanXi HongLiang coking Co.,Ltd(each holds 50% of total share). This factory makes use of the gas from ShanXi MeiJing Coal and Gas Co., Ltd who supply for city use. The annual production is 14000MT covering magnesium powder and magnesium ingots of various brands. This factory installed its own professional production line for reduction pot of various brand.
　　ShanXi Golden Trust YiWei Magnesium Industry Corp. with registered capital of RMB 120,000,000, located in LouDong Industrial area, XiaoYi city, ShanXi province. This factory is a joint venture by our company and Hong Kong YongChang International Inc. Annual production capacity is 26000MT. It enjoy the coal gas of ShanXi LouDong JunAn Coaking Co.,Ltd and mainly produce magnesium ingot of various brands.
　　TaiYuan YiWei International Trading Corp. with registered capital of RMB 5,000,000,which was established to meet the changes of market, is in charge of the sale of the whole company.
　　ShanXi Nissen YiWei Magnesium Co.,Ltd is a joint venture corporation by our company and Nippon Magnetic Dressing Co.,Ltd., with registered capital of US2,030,000. It is a professional corporation in magnesium alloy production, annual capacity around 10000MT. The production equipments are imported production lines with advanced non-pot heating technique. The quantity of magnesium alloy is very stable and highly appreciated by our consumer.
　　Our packing system for magnesium ingots includes wooden pallet, magnesium pallet, steel belt, plastic bag: For magnesium powder and granule, we usually take wooden pallet, drum and steel belt: And for magnesium chips, wooden pallet, woven bag, steel belt are used. Of course, we could comply our packing method with customer’s special requirements.
